If Kessler brings the same fire he brought to Froch, Bute is getting KTFO

    Well I dont think Bute is particularly fast and he is there to be hit. We all saw how Magee was able to connect from time to time and he is far from a top flight SMW.

    Bute does have a wicked bodyattack, but that is no secret. It will be interesting to see how Kessler prepares for that.

    On the same lines it will be interesting how Bute prepares for Kesslers right so that he doesn't end up like another euro southpaw in Beyer did.

    I disagree with the TS...
    The wide slow Kessler who fought Froch won't beat Bute...

    Kessler had fire against Froch but he was too sloppy. He seems to have slipped.

    well, Bika landed jabs on Beyer; i mean... jabs... Bika. Bika-jabs, that sounds wrong. So how should we rate Beyer's footwork and head movement?

    I though Magee was able to hit Bute but after the fight, when asked if Bute surprised him in any way he said that Bute was difficult to hit ?!? Maybe he knows something we don't undestand.

    Another aspect Miranda, Berrio, Magee seem to hit Bute pretty hard... right before they get KO'ed. Bute took some serious punches right before he throws his KO punches. If you noticed, that's how he works: he gives opponents some room before contering them decisively.

    I give credit to Froch for making Kessler look sloppy; Froch can really manage distance if he stays outside; he lost because he didnt take that many chances.

    Lucas, Beyer were slower and smaller than Kessler (less skilled even) while Froch matched Kessler in size, has decent boxing skills (for world level) and maybe less speed.

    Calzaghe was the aggressor and therefore was there to be hit making their fight an exciting one;

    I don't know, i really don't see Kessler degrading that much over time, he was basically beat to the punch by Ward; i just see that he has a hard time adapting guys that bring diversity into the ring.

    Not sure if that Body of Kesslers been tested but I would say if he brings the fire we are in for a good fight, But I think Bute will win it...

    Is this fight actually a possibility? or are you guys just speculating? I think Kessler is past his best but you never know he's not that old perhaps this rest was good for him.

    It is a strong possibility. That's the fight Showtime and Bute want. Is it Sauerland's? I don't know.

    Many people look at fights on bad streams and are unable to see what really lands and what doesn't. Some think Miranda was winning the fight before the KO. That's sick. Watch the fight in HD, you'll see that not many punches really hit him.

    You are right that he is willing to take some risks to deliver his punches. If you touch him, that means he touches you harder.

    Miranda was hitting air the first 2 rounds but he got a few good shots in the 3rd;

    You cannot really throw an efficient counterpunch if a punch LANDED on you full-power; he does get hit but very few times that happens, when he takes the full shot (like he did 3rd round against Magee ). That's why they are calling him slick.

    You are talking about Miranda here. Edison Miranda. He may have the appearance of a greek god-statue, but he is slower than that.
