I see Chavez winning UD Something like 118-110.

Zbik looks pretty crap especially when someone on here made him out to be good and he's not. He struggled with Spada who Barker handled nicely.

I think Chavez might stop him.

Looking at the form lines... struggled like hell with Spada who Barker handled very easily..... and will be away from home, out of his comfort zone fighting bums....

Chavez isn't anything special and would be battered by Pirog or Martinez, but he's a reasonable fighter who has improved a bit recently.

If Zbik was in the States he'd be competing against guys like Brian Vera, who go pretty much win-lose-win-lose against anything decent.

I don't know that much about either guy tbh but I am hearing alot of chatter about Chavez but looking at his record it doesn't look too grand but then again Zbik is a German home fighter so again it's difficult to measure his skill.

    Should be interesting.

I wouldn't write home about it.

Zbik is your typical German fighter... :dead

And Junior isn't particularly special himself.

Chavez had problems with Billy Lyell in his last fight. Neither are particularly good but since Jr will have home advantage (well, it's the US and a Top Rank show) I'm going for him by close decision.

Zbik isn't any good. Low workrate, no punching power, can't handle pressure, little defense... He must be one of the worst titleholders in the sport, I wouldn't fancy him against anyone in the middleweight top 20. If Chavez Jr doesn't win this easily, he's a lost cause.

Chavez decision in one of the most boring fights of all time. No event win
