manny: ok lets fight
floyd: uuum can you take a drug test?
manny: ok, but i want a 24 day cutoff
floyd: 14 days
manny: ok 14 days
floyd: im on vacation, there were no negotiations, no cutoff, im not really thinking about boxing right now....(place whatever excuse is convenient)

 

If he really wanted the fight, he would have agreed to the terms he supposedly agreed to the in the FIRST negotiations, namely the 14 day cutoff. Now within 7 days isn't good enough. That is not a man who wants the fight. If he was really was willing to take it with a 14-day cutoff before, then what is the problem now?

 

But now money will be part of the problem. Floyd demands $100M to fight Pac. But of course Floyd doesn't have his urge to fight now and he is still in vacation and no one can deny that. Even the floydettes will not deny that.

 

also I'd like to add to your post that, if Floyd was really afraid of Manny, he would have never came out of retirement. He knew damn well that if he came back, people would hound him about that fight and he even offered Marquez step aside money to fight Pacquiao.
