When Floyd came out of "retirement" Pac was the hottest boxer on the planet. And of course, Floyd being the big name he was before he retired and being around the same weight as Pac, people wanted this fight. So, basically people believed Floyd came back to fight Manny, as he was the hottest at that time.

Then Manny nearly kills Hatton, which puts fear in Floyd's heart which slowly opens up his vagina. Then after the Hatton fight, Pac dominates Cotto, which causes Floyd's vagina to bleed profusely. Then Pac starts to destroy all these WW's, which really doesn't help in making this fight.

I can promise you one thing, had Pac agreed to the drug test, Floyd would have came up with something else to block that fight. Just like he has in the recent past...with bull**** excuses like losing his urge, being on vacation, asking for $100 million, etc... Floyd doesn't want Pac anymore...Get over it!!!
