wonder if ariza as been told to keep it organic as khan felt much better with vales preperations:? :huh my advice is invest in a **** hot safe :yep:good
Is that really Bradley's legs!? Oh my I've gone weak at the knees!! Oh Khan Now I've gone weak at the ****. Split Decision in favour of no homo.
Power comes from many area's not just legs otherwise Hearns would not hit so hard and every other fighter who has skinny legs, I can see you are just an armchair fan and Boxrec Inspector and know nothing about boxing. Power comes from many different things i.e Strength and power training, Timing, Leaverage, speed, gripping, upper body movement, footwork, technique, pivoting and many more things including strong explosive legs, Strong fists and forearms, plus most important conditioned fists, it's no good trying to smash a wall down with a potatoe. Your quick to jump on other people then make stupid comments like that, it's like saying "the way to knock someone out is to hit them hard"
Is that all you can add is it, nothing constructive, just pure ****, you are an idiot, what too much information to take in can't work it out, can you, never mind. Nice Picture though ?
good post, funny how you always get people saying how punching power comes from the legs because they heard barry mcguigan saying it one night on sky, btw you left out flexibilty which is a necessity for punching power, take lastweekend for example mariusz pudgianovski mma fighter former 6 or 7 time worlds strongest man with strenght in his legs like a grizzly bear, his opponent james thompson who is known for having a glass jaw in mma drops his hands and lets mariusz tee off on him with hayemakers needless to say he didnt flinch
Power is generally a product of your genetic make up. Sure, you can learn to hit harder by improving mechanics and strength but ultimately, it's the lads with fast twitch muscle fibres who generate the most force. 'Build' has nothing to do with Power. The hardest punchers are usually the fastest sprinters, the best throwers, the highest jumpers etc. All comes down to fast twitch muscle fibres. You can not increase the amount of fast twitch muscle fibres, you can only increase the output from what you naturally have got.
there is a lot more to it than that, bodybuilders have an abnormally high ratio of FT fibres yet they cannot punch there way out of a brown paper bag
