No he didn't. Or did Pacquiao duck Raheem, Guzman, and Campbell? Did he duck Derrick Gainer as well?

As for Kostya Tszyu, he was a Showtime fighter, Mayweather was with HBO. There was no way in hell Showtime and HBO would have came together for a fight that would have made so little money. This isn't Tyson-Lewis.

He barely knows who Mosley is, let alone that he fought Fernando Vargas and he point blank said that(while most likely trying to sit on his hands for a third fight with De La Hoya)

    hmmm

I cant fault Mayweather too much during THAT particular time period. His goal was to become a star & to go after Delahoya. I remember him talking about fighting Delahoya back when he was at 130 & he went to make it a reality  . Pre Delahoya, I think he would have fought anybody he had to, to get that fight. After he had his dream fight, he kinda lost motivation. He accomplished what he wanted.

Also, you gotta remember when he moved to 147, it was pretty weak. It was just Judah initially. Than it was Judah & Baldomir. He cleaned that up. Williams wasn't relevant yet. Cotto was still at 140. You have Margarito, but he didnt become a name to the casual viewer until later on.

As for Williams, if he where with either of the top 2 (gbp/top rank), he would get better fights. However, he is Goosen & just has to take what he can get.
