And what you see is that Floyd really wanted the fight with Pacquiao because Floyd was supposedly sincere with his suggestion to buy out his contract with Marquez.

That according to you, he "was up for it."

And you want people to believe Floyd on that. This... coming from a man who agreed to fight Marquez at 144lbs, and that he was also up for that, but ended up changing the contract, in the last minute, and paying Marquez thousands of dollars cause he can't honor the original agreement.

Sorry, but you don't need to know boxing to know whether a man is true to his word or not... if he is sincere with what he says or not.

If a boxer really wants to have a fight happen, he wouldn't ask for any special demands. Plain and simple!

And since Floyd is the subject of this thread of yours, if he really wanted a fight with Pacquiao, he shouldn't have asked for any special drug test besides those sanctioend by the boxing associations. But he did! :deal
