yes he will go to toprank fight a easy fight for 1.2 mil and collect then get hyped big time as pacs may 2012 opponent, tim bradley has choosen money over legacy so we will never see him fight khan for a unified division, its really unfortunate for us boxing fans and also for khan.

He would rather lose to floyd or pac and get paid big bucks than lose to Khan, I have lost all respect for this guy, his attitude stinks.

If he beats pac it will be great of course, I personally think manny knocks him out, I would like to see pac fight him to shut people up about him fighting old opposition. But on the other hand I want to see how the 140 thing plays out, imagine how much bigger the victory for pac or bradley would be after bradley would have unified 140 first.

Wow. I really liked Tim Bradley. He is one of the good guys in boxing but he ****ed up here.

He went back on his word and is basically saying i want big fights without the risk.

if you lose to Khan, you don't belong in the ring against Pac or Mayweather anyways.

we all know that these kinds of decisions are made by most fighters. There are not many fighters around that truly will "fight anyone" but it pains me as a fan when Bradley feels he can come out and say openly that Khan is too risky and a loss may keep him from pacquaio and mayweather.
I don't think either pac or mayweather will fight him after taking out the other. (definitely not pac).
he just not a big enough name for casual followers to buy PPV.
how does he get profile? beat Khan

I saw Bradley fight Alexander and I honestly thought Khan would beat him. then I watched Khan fight Mcloskey and now i'm not so sure. Khan looked like he'd gone backwards as a fight

He called him out back in February. Khan went back and took a handy defense instead. Now they are trying to get him into a July date, and his contract with Shaw is over in June. HBO, GBP and Khan haven't exactly handled this well, which isn't Bradley's fault.

The reason Kahn isn't avoiding the fight is because his purse isn't already in the contract. He could make as much as he can demand. Bradley's purse is 1.2 mil no matter what.

Furtermore, I at least can respect Bradley being straight and saying in front of a camera that it's a business decision. Instead of throwing all sorts of BS excuses out there. Of course he doesn't have a legion of minions willing to gobble up every bit of drivel he may spew like some other fighters I could name.

come on everything was basically agreed upon, we all knew that if khan and bradley won their fights then in 2010 they would have their unification fight, it was perfectly possible to do it in july, now it will just never happen because of the reasons stated by tim bradley in this interview.

When Bradley signed up for the Alexander fight, he agreed to extend his contract with Shaw from the end of May, to the end of June, to allow for another fight. Shaw knew this, HBO knew this. Why didn't GBP and Khan look to set it up?

Khan and GBP went off to do another fight in the UK, and then chose to go for unification when it suited them. Tim been kept waiting until it suits them. From his point of view it looks unside down. He is the top guy in the division and he's been treated like he's earning a shot at Khan. The difference being Khan has GBP backing him up.

Shaw is doing nothing for Bradley, and is not looking to build him up at all. He just wants the pay off the fight in July. Instead Tim could get Top Rank, a major player who know what they are doing, who can be in his corner and build him up right. He deserves as much, he's been fighting the fights that the fans wanted him to for a couple of years now.

Potential Pacquiao fight or not, signing with Top Rank puts him in a much better position, and since he's got messed around by Shaw, HBO and GBP on the Khan fight, that option is looking very favourable now. It doesn't mean the fight cant happen in future, and if it does Timbo should be in a much better position.
