Its been well over a year since Dirrell fought Abraham, he pulled out of a mega earner vs Ward, and theres still no sign of a comeback fight even though hes been sparring.
A lot of people have said he was "faking" at the time. I personally thought he reacted exactly how you would re-act when a guy that pwoerful hits you full force when you're defenceless.

Considering that hes been losing out on serious cash by not fighting, are the doubters starting to believe that maybe he may just have had an issue?

Yeah I think he wasn't faking even when the AA/Dirrell fight was happening. Dirrell is a very young fighter in his career and it makes no sense for him to be inactive this long if the injury wasn't for real. A lot of doubters after the fight said, "Watch, he'll be fighting six months later" though they have been utterly embarrased by the fact that he hasn't fought for a little over a year now.

Kid's been cowering away in the slums (flint) and getting beaten up in sparring by saint georgie groves.

The fact he still hasn't fought since the AA acting job just reinforces his position as a cowardly michigan *****. terrified little runt won't get in a ring again for years if ever.

    Legit? Huh?

He has produced ZERO evidence to indicate he had a brain injury AND the fact that he started sparring months ago tells its own tale.

The reason why he has nothing lined up is likely that no network wants to be associated with the guy.

All dirells actions to date point to him being a cowardly little *****, he aint got any heart for the game, makes his talent irrelevant as you can't hide in the ring.

Just calling it like I see it son, don't get too excited now eh

Abraham was catching up with him and would have knocked him out. he felt his power and took the cowards way out. He ran away through the froch fight, and on the few occasions he had nowhere left to run he slipped up on the canvas citing footwear disorders

Then AA gives him a playful tap and he cites neurological disorders.

I call shenanigens. Cowardly little mighigan ***** sums this git up.

I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on the injury in the ring. I'm not sure I really believe that Dirrell is a good enough actor to pull that off.

I'm a little more suspiscious on the Super 6 pullout and the post fight medical excuses.
Its no secret he and Ward didn't want to fight each other. Their teams let deadlines pass when the fight was supposed to be scheduled and they were reportedly not even talking to venues about dates.
And then them lawyering up on Fight Camp 360 when asked for details about his doctor and his injuries.
The post fight stuff all seems very suspiscious.

I don't know. He was claiming that he didn't remember what happened, which implies that he had been knocked out, whereas it was clear that he had not in fact been knocked out by the shot. Not even momentarily. He held his face as he went down, which implies that he was in fact consciouss as he went down. Contrary to what is claimed. Now I'm not sure whether Dirrell himself claims he was out (Has he :huh), but some have claimed the shot knocked him out, which I disagree with. I'm not saying Dirrell was lying, I'm just saying that if the official story is that he was knocked out, it's fair to be skeptical, but like I said, I'm not 100% sure on what the story is.

Dirrell is a good fighter. He seems like the kind of fighter that you worry about though because he doesnt seem in it 100% and thats when guys do get hurt. I just cant see us talking about him 10 fights from now. I think he will maybe have 3 or 4 more and call it a day.
