Why all the hate for Khan?

    I dont get it. I could understand people disliking his attitude before the Prescott KO, but since then, the arrogant flash kid has grown into a sensible humble man.

    Has the guy actually said something insulting to provoke the hate? or is it something else?

    This is especially aimed at boxing fans from the UK who throw trash at him at any given oppertunity - the kid was represnting the UK at the olympics at 17, what were you doing at that age?

    sorry if this thread has been done recently, I guess it makes a change from Pac\Folyd.

    People just like to be ignorant ****s. A lot of it is blind hatred for some of the stupidest reasons ever (racism being one).

    I like Khan, always have. He seems to have at least grown up a bit in recent years also.

    He copped a bit of flak, from me included, here in the UK for his last fight, where instead of admitting he/his team got it wrong, backing down from Sky and putting the fight on free-to-air, he switched to an obscure PPV channel and demanded £15.

    However it was just a blip in a sound recent rise, you can't not be impressed with his wins over Kotelnik, Malignaggi and Maidana.

    If I could wish one thing, for him to get a proper team behind him. They do not seem what you might call "astute" in the slightest.

    Yeah he's got alot of admirable traits alright. My how far the human race has fallen when we revere such morals.....

    Ah...................the race card, and so soon in the thread too. :yep

    I like Khan's boxing style, nice jab & plenty of power, very straight punches too. He's a grade A dick though, like when he blamed racism for him being less than popular.

    You dont have to have a reason not to like someone. People don't see eye to eye sometimes. I don't like Khan at all but i respect him

    I like khan he is similair to people im friends with, only he has a good future.
    Khan has been acting very well,confident, looking to make big fights happen and showing more heart then ever. He is a grown man now so thats probably why, not some arrogant kid.
    The only thing he needs to worry about is not believing he is on pac/may level in boxing, he needs to keep working hard and keep this attitude.
