no they/we don't. pacquiao didn't take the test, so he hasn't proven the accusations false. so no need to apologize. seems logical to me.

 

Pac will never win in court. If Mayweather truly believes that Pac is on PED's then it's case closed, people are allowed to state opinions, it has to be proived that it was intended as slander which is impossible to prove. Pac coulda proved everyone wrong and won the case by taking the test. Either way by appologizing pac won't drop the case and will never take the tests so appologizing is pointless.

Pac should appologize for ripping off his fans with bull**** ppv's against shot opponents who don't stand a chance.

 

Only people with class and education knows how to alologize.
