    There's a public workout tomorrow in Breens Gym at 1.30pm, to promote the Craigavon show. BBC and UTV cameras will be there.

    Slapper in your next video get better music lad. A bit of Groove Armada would go down a treat or even Massive Attack or Faithless I had to turn that **** down during the clip.

    If your doing one on Macklin it has to be Mack the Knife.

    I've a big david Guetta fan so I've been using that recently.

    Groove Armada stuff is pretty slow. Which tune do you fancy? Superstylin?

    Billy Nelsons on the british forum saying he would like to see John Simpson against Willie Casey he said he just needs a phone call to make it happen,Tough one to call but a good comeback fight for Willie in that it would put him in the spotlight again straight away.Simpson is a tough dude though.

    EDIT. Nelson is also training Mc ewan now aswell so why not double up Casey/Simpson and Mc ewan/Fitz

    Joe Rea listed to fight a tough opponent in an eight rounder on the Mikkel Kessler comeback undercard this weekend and headline in Galway two weeks later, surely not.

    Dont know why this didnt hit the news or the IABA website but Ken Egan won gold at the prestigious Algirdas Socikas tourney in Lithuania. Ryan Lindberg and Jason Quigley lost in their first round contests on points but Stephen Ward was stopped in one..
    Martin Ward(England) with Irish roots won gold( DOJ beat him earlier this year) as did former European champion Luke Campbell also from England. Campbell is unbeaten since JJ Nevin hammered him in the Eu semis in 2009. Egan beat two seasoned internationals to win with a wo in the final.

    Superstylin is a top tune but a bit too long. There last album was the best they have brought out in a long time.
    Paper Romance , Look Me in the Eye Sister and I wont knell which was used for a bbc ad also Madder from there older stuff.

    Tunes that could work from others.
    The Chemical Brothers - Block rockin Beats or Galvanize
    Faithless - Insomnia
    Kanye West - Through The Wire or Flashing Lights
    Kasabian - Processed Beats

    Just a few my music might not be your cup of tea but could work on some new videos.
