Even if pac wasn't drained at the lower weights to go from 129 to 145lbs in 3 years is easily achievable. That's only 16lbs of muscle which for a professional athlete is nothing.

I myself have gone from 119lbs with 12-13% body fat to 135lbs with 12-13% bodyfat which is also a gain of 16lbs in just under 3 years. I'm an inch shorter than Pac and am a couple of years older, so anyone thinking you can't gain that much muscle in such a period of time doesn't have a clue.
