Seriously, I can increase ten lbs of muscle mass in ten days. Most of the *****s here are fukken ***gots who dont lift and do tons of aerobics. That's why increase in muscle is so unbelievable to them. Effin ***gots.:patsch

12 lbs of lean muscle in 3 months on......(you guessed it) P-90x. That **** works! Just in time for the summer too!

    Gonna try insanity next.

He looked ridiculously malnourished at the lower weights. I don't think it looks like a ridiculous body transformation myself, he looks a lot more normal these days

It's hardly a ridiculous transformation. If I don't go to the gym for a while I'll settle to about 180-185lbs, but within 6 months I can get to 200lbs. I only need to go to the gym 3 times a week, for less than half an hour a time and with protein shakes on the days I train to get up to 200. Think what a dedicated professional athlete can do, given how drained Pac was in those Barrera/Marquez weigh ins

This is what I've been always saying to PED experts around here.
Pac gained a measly 5-7lbs ever since his debut in the limelight when he faced MAB.
Essentialy, Pac is simply not cutting weight to make weight nowadays.

And as a body builder myself, gaining 5-7lbs of lean mass is relatively easy to do.

Pac's knockdowns happened on irrelevant weight classes (since he was damn malnourished at tthe time, the videos speak for themselves), not to mention he was very much drained for not making weight.
Why ******s continue to make this as an excuse just show how deluded, brainwashed or simply butthurt they are.

*****s (and JMM nuthuggers like divac) simply can't understand this simple logic, even posting ridiculous spins like "fight night weights don't matter".

See the absence of their response to the fignt night weights on the previous pages.
They'll go on living (and posting) pretending they didn't see/read those.

I never bought into the weight gain accusations because he didn't really gain much. His stamina and power at the higher weights are very impressive though, even when he takes punishment, he can't be slowed down.

The only thing that made me question Pac was the way they handled the 1st negotiations. Ever since the Clottey fight it was obvious that Pac wasn't gonna submit to any extra test. He can make all the money he need in house, but it really doesn't look good in sports when you are doing anything possible to stay away from a test that might be better than the standard one.

Thing is he didnt actually change all that much physically, just didnt have drain himself so much to make the weight.

His actually fighting weight has only only gone up maybe 5 pounds.
