    10 miles a day i think is too much. if this is true, i'm not surprised why pac has cramped his legs in the mosley fight. he can only sustain this kind of training for how many years longer before burning out completely.

    Not its not dummy. Micheal Phelps apparently consumes and burns even more than that when training. It depends on your metabolism and the type of training you do.

    His body isn't BURNING 7000 calories a day. He most likely needs at least just 2500 to keep his weight. It would only be burning 4500.
