Based on the May-Mosley testing procedure though I don't feel there needs to be a cut of date inforced by contract.

After the ODST people test a couple times they determine if they need to test more or not. Meaning that there could end up being a cut off date earlier then 14 days just like May and Mosley who had 18 days cut as OSDT after the first 3 testings decided there was nothing funny going on in either camp to continue the testing.

This is why I think cut off date shouldn't be inforced by contract but regulated by OSDT. If Pac's blood testing is clean for the first few random test then they most likley won't test again, but they still would want the option to test again just to make sure the fighter maintains that awareness that there is a possibility to be tested again.

They had no reason not to rule in Mayweather's favor. It would have been bad PR for the commision and boxing first of all. Second, the fight would bring a HUGE amount of revenue to Vegas. Kizar knows that as does everyone else who does business there. Third, they said they would have most likely ruled in Floyd's favor for the requests, if only he had done it properly.

And I can't fault Pac for saying no. He obviously has a major mental edge over Floyd. Something Floyd had tried to do to most opponents throughout his career. So if Floyd thinks Pac is on something making him a beast, why should PAc give that up? ESPECIALLY when once considers Floyd had no problem with the regular test over his career. None at all.

Everyone here is in favor of a better drug test procedure. There's no doubt everyone wants boxing to be a better and safer sport.

    Here's the difference...

One group says: "We're not against cleaning the sport as long as the new better drug test becomes a standard procedure and that every boxer takes it."

The other group says: "We're for Olympic style testing to clean the sport but we only want one boxer to take the test."

Go read through this thread again and other similar ones, and you would see that trend. :good

They have everything to do with the point and your stupid ass comparisons. You're talking about someone who's a coward in your own mind. Notice his credentials are quite different from the other 2 in every aspect of the sport! But being it that you have no credentials yourself, you couldn't possibly understand!

No you cant say that either.. You got the most recognizable black american boxer who was just recently accused the same way.. The Punisher has stated he thought it was bull**** as well. I believe Bradley was on board that this was bull**** as well.

No it's a mental makeup of alot of young American people.. If you're better than me you must be cheating. People need no facts, just speculation, jealousy, and anger..

This is a country that hates to lose, and hates admitting being wrong even more. It is seen as a sign of weakness, which is why we have so many lies cluttering these boards. Cause no one wants to take the blame, or admit they're wrong..
