pac stated his reason why he wants a cut-off, he said he does not want another morales-type of blood test which was done so close to the fight that it weakened his arm. but he agreed to give urine samples everyday and to undergo blood and urine test right after the fight. That blood testing procedure suggested by Pac is still stricter than any regular doping test policy of any athletic commission in america today. anyone who says pac does not want to be tested is a brainless ***** who does not know the details of the negotiation.

And to think that pac with everything to lose and almost nothing to gain would still attempt to cheat in a window of two weeks is just idiotic. At two weeks there is hardly any benefit a ped can do especially when the training is already winding down, and the threat of getting caught by the everyday urine test and the blood test right after the fight is too much.

again, to address floyd's sincerity about cleaning up the sport. Pac already agreed to do the OSDT in various recent interviews, why is Floyd pretending that these interviews do not exist? why did he deny that there was a second negotiation and continue to refuse to negotiate again?

I am just tired of most of those on the who insist most boxers are cheats even though they DO test boxers.

I just dont see the harm in taking a test you know you will pass to clear your name.
