no. never will be, considering he will likely not fight again, and if he does it likely won't be against anyone who would add anything significant to his legacy
If he stands alone on his resume, he won't even be considered top 100 ATG. He actualy benefits from people believing how great his hype is.
All I know is Pacquiao took fights he was picked to lose. He was supposed to serve as an opponent for Barrerra and DelaHoya. Money has only taken fights when it looks like he has an advantage over his opponent.
Floyd's legacy aint even close to Donaire's. Who at prime Darch's level did Floyd beat? That right, no one. atsch
no it aint. with pacman the only guys i'd have liked him to face who he didn't are paulie ayala (sbw), guzman & soto (sfw). with floyd the guys i'd have liked him to face who he didn't are casamayor and freitas (lw), tzyu (lww), cotto, margo, williams (ww), winky (lmw). pac has been a champ at flyweight, featherweight, super featherweight, light welterweight and is damn close to being a champ at welterweight. floyd has been a champ at superfeatherweight, lightweight and welterweight. pac is fighter of the decade and has beaten more ranked opponents at their weight. pac fought his big p4p rival (jmm). floyd didn't (winky/pac).
