Please explain how Tyson "ducked" him? :huh 1. Don King offers Tyson a guaranteed $25million for his first 5 fights after prison. 2. For his 5th fight, Lewis is offered $13.5million & Holyfield is offered $8million. 3. Lewis declines due to Don King's contract options, whereas Holyfield accepts like all other Tyson opponents did. $4million step aside money is paid to Lewis to shut him up while Tyson fights Holyfield first. This is because King refuses to backdown on the contract options, & Lewis refuses to sign the contract with them in there. Tyson loses to Holyfield & is DQ'd in rematch & banned for 2 years. Also, keep in mind the $4million step aside money was less than the $5.5million different between purses offered to Lewis & Holyfield.
Lewis was his mando when he beat Bruno(In fact Lewis was also Brunos mando) Instead of Tyson defending his WBC title against Lennox Lewis he decided to face Bruce Seldon for his WBA strap and was therefore rightfully srtipped of the Green belt. Don King paid Lennox Lewis $4m so Tyson could fight Seldon over him
