I cant believe you guys are simple enough to beleive Pac runs 10 miles a day for 8 weeks. I cant even blame pac for this one because hes reading from a script, but for you guys it just shows how far you have your head up his ass, im not gonna break it down because you wont read it just know the human body isnt capable of that even with the best peds in the world. Its bigger then muscle fibers and cramps, lance armstrong has to hop of his bike for days while training, pitchers take time off between series games.

Sidenote: how can you get mad at people for saying youre on peds when u say dumb **** like this, get a good PR for gods sake.

Dumbass, they ride a century at least everyday, even on off days. If they stop riding on off days their cardio will drop off and they will suffer on race days. And **** during the tour they will ride 2500 miles in 22 days with only a few rest days.

Lol copter, my wife runs 10 miles a day, more often 5-8 miles a day and she's not athletic at all. Btw 10 miles is more than 13k.

Pac runs 10 miles a day (uphill on Griffith Park in LA) in training up until about 2 weeks before the fight. If he has sparring, he'll run maybe 3-4 miles at La Brea Park in front of his condo. The 2000 situps are everyday which takes him about 45 minutes to do.

10k = 6.2 miles... if i can run that much for 2-3 weeks per month, I doubt one of the best conditioned boxers in the history of the sport has any problem running that every day.

She runs everyday dumbass as her schedule allows. They make these things that you can buy and put in your garage that allow you to run stationary. Maybe you've heard of them, they're called treadmills?

I do agree that 10 miles everyday would have been a little too much and definitely not the kind of running effort a boxer should do while training.
A friend of mine, also a boxer, told me once that long running are not only pointless but could be wrong for the body since the boxing requires more of those fast fiber muscles than anything. It appeared to be the truth when I found couple of good readings on the subject.
