Ridiculous. It's a fast pace for a mile let alone a marathon.

I think the better you get the more you can appreciate top level runners. Breaking 2:04 for the marathon is godly.

If a fat comedian like Eddie Izzard can run 43 marathons in 51 days I have no problem believing a fighter with Pac's stamina could do 10 miles everyday.

A 10K race is 6.2 miles in length.

    Premise:

I can do 500 situps every other day.
I am horribly out of shape, sleep like ****, has a deskjob that requires me to work 12hrs a day at times, and travel 4-5hrs every day.

    Conclusion:

    Manny can't do 2000 situps.
Based on irrefutable personal experience, 500 is the limit for the whole human population.
    He is definitely on PED's.

*****s getting owned big time here.

    I would summarise:

Noone can do 10 miles at their best pace every day without injury, and if they could it wouldn't be the best training strategy.

Manny probably doesn't do it every single day.

Running 10 miles a day is definitely possible.

I saw some years ago a special on tysons training camp. He used to warm up with a 6 mile run every morning while training, they didn't mention the cutoff date in the training camp when they cut back . I remember seeing this after he got out of prison, I forgot who he was fighting though.

Ariza did mention something about his running after the cramp issue... I used to run about 40 miles a week, until i got peroneal nerve damage... 10 miles a day for a prolonged period of time is a bit excessive.

The thread start is clearly some sort of fat ****. 10 miles a day is nothing to a top sports man, least of all a boxer at one of the dwarf weight classes. I actually have a neighbour who is 78 that runs 7 miles at least 5 times a week.
