Speed kills. But who was the slowest world class boxer of all time and how did they make up for their lack of speed? Extend it to elite as well, who's slowest of the ATG's? (I'm talking purely hand speed)

Young Foreman. His punches were wide and telegraphed, yet they were so devastating it didn't matter. You rarely saw Foreman truly KO a guy cold because most of his victims saw the punches coming... they just couldn't do sh*t about it. But really Miguel Cotto is an example of a guy who optimizes timing to land punches as opposed to hand speed.
