Well, sometimes sparrings don't mean much specially when they are both Cuban ex team mates. What Lara has better than Jhonson is power but everything else Jhonson does better. Jhonson's skills, technique, defence, stance and movements are very similar to a prime Casamayor but at 154 pounds. The guy is " smooth as silk " like Teddy Atlas says. :good

 

PS, Jhonson will make Molina look horrible and beat him easily with his pure technique and defence. Don't forget that Jhonson has better amateur experience than Lara.
