It was hyped, promoted and built up like a big fight. Unfortunately being ITV it is Britain's Got Talent, not Boxing. On a serious note - Imagine if ITV had kept Carl Froch and had Big Fight Live straight after BGT. It probably get more than 10M viewers.
I seriously doubt it would have managed to keep almost all the viewers, when the viewers consist of women, children and spastics.
Why would they want to keep Big Fight Live. It was a world of misery, hassle, events collapsing, when for less money can put on a film from the back catalogue that guarantees a level of entertainment value and brings in the same viewers
