He landed plenty of punches and he's a big puncher yet he's not bothered Turley that greatly? Something about your logic is off :think

He's not as great as you were making out Rob when you were bumming him as a prospect. He's good, but he's a long way off. Let's be clear, he's won this clearly and its a very good learning fight, but he's not looked special or anything. He's looked good. Just like Quigg has been, and Joe Murray. Mcguigan especially needs to chill and let the kid develop rather than spouting all this hyperbole.

Frampton looked pretty solid, in a John Murray kinda' way. He'll make for some interesting fights with the likes of Quigg, or whichever Walsh is around this weight

Fair play to Turley, not really too good at anything but came to fight and gave Frampton a good scrap. Good fight to start things off.

    Round 10 of 10:
Turley's gumshield is out but it's purely accidental. He is still going strong here and has always been game. Good left hook from Frampton lands but Turley is still shaking these shots off. For the first time Turley is looking to hold. Carl is looking to finish strong. With 10 seconds remaining another good left hook lands but it's too late.

    Frampton 156-96 - Punch stats.

    Frampton 99-89.

Carl not blowing him away as some expected but Turley was a tough, awkward fighter and Frampton will have learned a lot from this fight.

Commentators getting on my nerves, the stats don't tell the story of the fight, emm yes they do he was busy but Frampton was landing the much better stuff.

Frampton, can't argue at all. Turley never won that in a millions years.

Isn't that what the commentator said?

Hurley the busier fighter, landing more but Frampton landing the better shots.

lol earlier in the year when i suggested Frampton vs Joe Murray most gave me a hammering, now i`m sure it will be a great fight, as Murray can bang much more than Rurley and is more accurate

Frampton: To be honest I'm disappointed with myself....he'd be awkward for anyone..credit to him that's his style, he made it hard for me...first big fight live on Sky and I didn't perform, I'm disappointed.

    Barry: It's a learning curve...10 rounds...

This is the problem mcguigan is putting too much pressure on him he just needs to be allowed to fight and learn without this best prospect in 30 years type of crack.
