After watching this fight, I think that Andre Ward is going to knock Carl Froch out!

That is my first thought after seeing this fight and peeping both fighters styles. I want to congratulate Froch and Johnson on a grueling fight. Good win for Froch. Froch is a cage guy, but imo he can't fight inside. Froch has a good jab, and if given room...he uses his long arms to keep his distance, but Ward can fight inside, and he's faster than Froch.

I just have this feeling that Ward is going to counter Froch, work the body and then set him up for the tko late in the fight. It's going to be a great fight though. Froch has heavy hands and a good uppercut so Ward better be aware of that. Tough fight but right now I have Ward by tko.

 

Actually after Froch's last two fights I think if he gets a decent referee he has a chance to win. I certainly would not have thought that after Kessler beat him.

 

I see it like the Clazhage Lacy stoppage. Froch has a good chin but Ward will take advantage of the low guard and beat Froch with short punches in volume

 

Ward has 1 Ko in his last 7 fights and Froch has one of the best chin @ 168

If anyone wins the finale by Ko if will be Froch

 

Ward who couldnt knockout Green, is going to knockout Froch, who just took all of Johnsons best shots? Okay.

 

I doubt it. I would like to think Ward will beat him quite comfortably, but somehow, as terrible as Froch is to the eye, he either finds a way to win or lose in a close fight. Froch is one of those guys who is much better than he appears to be. Dude looks like **** in the ring, but when your in there with him, you find out he's effective at what he does. You got to applaud a guy like Froch to get where he is today. He's slow, unathletic, but he finds a way

 

So ward, who can't knock out a child, will knock out perhaps the divisions most durable guy? No chance, well very slim chance.

 

I actually am switching in that In think Ward will win now even though I thought Froch won and did so pretty impressively.

But Ward's not gonna KO Froch. He couldn't even KO Miranda after he had had been KOed 3 times.

 

WArd wont knock him out, but he'll beat him easily.

HAHAHAHAH Ward isn't knocking ANYONE out. When's the last time he KO'd someone? or even Stunned anyone?

 

HIGHLY doubtful.

 

You can never write off the cobra! doing so may come to bite you in the ass! He's got a shot, a very good shot as he is one tough mofo! Ward will need all his ugly tricks if he wants to beat Froch. In a straight up fight, Froch will land. Abraham in the first couple of rounds has success with the jab and the guy is pretty useless apart from his KO power. Froch can actually put a variety of shots together and can do what most of the others cant and thats eat a solid shot or two and come right back. You don't beat Froch that easily, as even Kessler had to work like crazy to get the W.
