I love Russians...... Volodymyr isn't Polish and his chin ain't glass. Golota's certianly wasn't glass.
Wladimir just had bad fatigue and poor conditioning in his early career....hence the multiple knockdowns and knockout losses... Golota, is by far, the most unpredictable fighter that ever lived. One day he looks like he can whip anyones ass, next day he just blazes out and either quits, gets himself DQ'd, or gets a severe injury. Golota suffered from a fracture in the Tyson fight, he lost his legs and his mental state of mind in the Lewis fight. And by the time Brewster and Austin got to him, he was already shot and a fragment of the fighter he was in the Witherspoon/Bowe fights. Golota did NOT have a weak chin, he had a weak state of mind. I know those Bowe fights were 1 sided, but Bowe dished out some good shots himself in some of those rounds. The Grant fight will always be a mystery. He was actually beating Grant by like 2 rounds on my scorecard, prior to quitting.....
Everyone appears to have Polish or Irish blood, it's almost like human life began there, or maybe they are just two desperate insignificant nations trying to associate themselves with anyone.
