i agree.... this "deal" makes zero sense for either party, as previously described i'd question the validity of the source... the last thing Pacquiao would want to do is fight a light mid getting into his prime. A welterweight or light welterweight would be picked for that... remember, Pacquiao is a true Lightweight...
FYI, Mexico is only about a third of what it was before. 2/3 of it's land was land-grabbed and that includes Texas, New Mexico, California.
