After all the wars, all the battles, Glenn Johnson showed us why he STILL belongs at the top of the ladder. At his age how does he do it? Only explanation is.............. PED's. Yep. Anytime a fighter fights impressively against a (seemingly) better opponent he's on PED's. Right ESB?
im surprised more about his speed. he was arguably faster A to B than froch. his jab jab cross was immensely quick. and throws it without much shoulder movement because he is always doubled over a bit with his right at his cheek. i wouldnt mind a 'geezers at ceasers' with bernard hopkins II
I think he looked ****ing awesome come fight night and had a great fight and probably landing some of them shots on other fighters in the division would of probably taken them out.. Im pretty suprised Froch took one or two of them
He looked much better than I thought he would. I truly believed Froch was gonna beat him much easier and give him a little more movement and be more effective with his jab. Froch does not have any real power and is very easy to hit especially to the body. You have to wonder how a 42 year old fighter like Glen Johnson was able to land so many jabs and power shots and never once got hurt by Froch.
Ummmmmmmmmmmmm,i would have said its clean living and professionalism.Having said that,look at the nutritionist...........Clear muscle definition,dry pock marked complexion.Wasn't that what gave Ben Johnson's habit away ? she also had a rack,yet anybody with any idea of how the body burns fat,knows that the bust and buttocks reduce in size.Ummmmmmmm No slur on Glen,i like the way he conducts himself,but she's shadey.
He's certainly an elite level super middleweight. I don't think his standing has fallen too much, honestly. He lost but he lost to a better man and that's fair enough.
I thought he looked good, I mean for 42 or whatever he is, he gave Froch a few problems in there at times.
