Can you imagine Jim Watt or Johnny Nelson defending a losing fighter like this? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpX3fJunp1M&feature=feedrec_grec_index[/ame] And i'm not bashing Nelson and Watt i'm just admiring Atlas' passion for the fairness of the sport.
Atlas got a little excited there. But a more interesting point was Atlas challenging the "official" over the rules. ****, at least Atlas knows how to score a fight.
I love Teddy Atlas. I don't always agree with him in fact there are certain things in his book that make me think what a ****, but there's no doubting the guys love of the sport and his sheer passion.
This was a bad robbery to be fair to teddy, i watched the fight and scored it 97-92 agustus. The referee was terrible aswell, i remember him taking a point off agustus for just for spinning slightly out of a clench. The ref called a bodyshot knockdown by Agustus a low punch to. They wouldnt let him win that night.
It reminds me of one or two nights on Setanta...nights when the truth was raw and I let go with two barrels! The knuckle rap came the next day! Adios.
Love Teddy Atlas at the end of this.... By the way, this was the BIGGEST robbery I can ever remember.... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jv6h-mimqGE[/ame] follow links at end for rest of fight!
Yep, remember those nights... Hate the way TV companies try to tell everyone they're watching something special when anyone who knows their stuff knows its shite  Reason why I no longer watch football on TV...
Spot on Steve...:good I remember throwing a can of beer at a freshly decorated wall in our living room when Jorrin got the nod over Mikey Brodie...:-( Mr's NO MAS went apeshite the next day...
Best Football commentator was Brian Moore, he saidit as it was and brought excitement and energy to his 90 minutes with us during a football match...:yep
