Nah, I was made to go to church all the time as a kid, I know what the term implies. If it refers to all of us, then we would be Children of God, not Sons.

I'm not that fussed about the silly nickname, I just think he's a bit overrated.

I think Dirrell's power gets underrated a bit, he is a pretty explosive guy, definitely not someone you want to take lightly in that regard. I don't think its a stretch to compare his power to Kessler, he just shoots himself in the foot by not committing to most of his punches and fighting overly conservative.

Froch giving the impression his strategy is going to be walking through Wards "soft" punches sounds more like a rouse to me. He just wants to give Ward the impression its going to be an easy fight.

I would take Froch's comments he made to the showtime annouce team in the pre fight meeting more seriously. He said "Ward will have to come to me". Imagine a world class version of Groves vs DeGale thats what Carl wants.

Froch beats Ward TKO 10-12 rounds. Froch will put it on "The son of Showtime" and we will see andre unravell.

Depends completely on the froch that comes to war ! in his last two fights hes fought stand up punchers in abraham and johnson and froch off the back foot has looked very good indeed . He hasnt had to go looking for his opponent at all .... i see the Ward match up as a chess match for the first 4 or so rounds as they try to work out tactics on the night ... who adapts quickest will win this fight and for me ive got froch by late stoppage ! .... froch will draw ward into a war and froch has the tools to finish him ... im not convinced by wards chin either he was buzzed a few times by abraham (which is no surprise) but abraham wasnt quick enough to follow up ! Froch will be on him like a rash ... i think ward will get frustrated long before froch does in this fight which will play in the nottingham mans hands ..... I am a tad biased mind cmon the cobra !!!

I would say Frochy looked better against Johnson when he opened up. Like Kessler, and unlike Abraham, Ward will be able to dismiss Frochs jab pretty easily IMO, get in his chest and shut him down pretty quickly.

Bar one of those combination comebacks from Froch landing sweet and doing damage, I see Ward winning pretty easily.

I would say Carl only has a punchers chance....but he isn't even a particularly big puncher I don't reckon.

A Ward stoppage is not out of the question. He's a clean puncher and Froch likes to take risks, he might just end up catching Carl perfectly with a shot Froch doesn't see coming :think.

I do think Froch gives Ward more trouble than people think though. He'll make it a awkward but if he starts slow like against Johnson then he's got no chance, Ward won't let him back in the fight. Needs a quick start and steal a few early rounds before Ward 'solves' his style.

If Froch fights the same way he did against Abraham he
will lose wide on points. Think he needs to get to Ward
early and hope he loses his head. Can't see it myself and
Wards inside game will be to much for Froch. Ward UD

Froch is technically inept compared to Ward. I sincerely hope Frochs intangiables of stamina, durability, strength, power and mental fortitude shine through.
