haha the tards "put it in perspective"....and so proud...."it did very good"...ya it did...no doubt about it...but not better than floyd....

for a guy who is so much more exciting...and the number 1 p4p fighter in the world youd think hed be able to outsell the "boring" floyd...not to mention all the extra exposure it was supposed to get with cbs.....

    oh well

Not if you're trying to claim he's the biggest draw in boxing.

Those are the numbers of the second biggest draw in boxing.

People forget that Floyd's bouts against JMM and SSM were being shown in movie theaters and each $10 ticket purchased was being counted as a ppv buy.

Before you go even there go check Hattons other PPV numbers in the UK.

This isn't really backed up by facts.

Marquez's biggest PPV sale, other than Mayweather is 500k.

Hatton's biggest PPV sale other than Mayweather is 900k.

Oscar's biggest PPV sale other than Mayweather is 1.5 million?

Mayweather sold more PPVs against Mosely than Oscar, and Pacquiao

It's alright saying "floyd didn't sell PPVs when he was younger" but neither did Pacquiao. His success is also recent. And largely based on facing De la Hoya.

Truth is, whoever Floyd fights, he brings a huge amount to it.

Hatton sold 700k against Tszyu world wide. He sold 700k with Mayweather in the UK alone

    That's completely false.

PPV numbers are by venue. Not attendance.

Unless these cinemas were subscribing to HBO seperately for each person there.............

What's more, Pacquiaos numbers are for 2 days of sales. Mayweathers are for one night

floyd agreed to 50-50 last time i check. All he wanted was the testing which pac has now agreed to. So he better not come out with this excuse next. :deal

    Who said it ain't huge?

This is aimed at those who refuse to acknowledge Mayweather being a huge draw! The number 1 draw in the sport infact!

    I know it hurts.....Ph|LLA

I mean come on PPV over 2 days on a network with a wider audience and he STILL couldnt even match Mayweathers number......ddddddamn!!

I understand what your saying However I am sure plenty of Hatton fans woke up and ordered the fight cus it was the biggest fight Hatton was in.
I mean look at it this way, How many hatton fans attended the fight? that to should count for something.
But in reality I dont think anybody here started following this sport due to numbers.

Facts are facts and Floyd has consistantly had higher ppv #'s. Difference is, most tuning in to see Floyd are doing so to hope to witness him lose. Those who tune in to see Pac do so to see him actually fight.

It's a "FightHype" supposedly inside number and not an "Official Release"

    This.

Also, you are talking about a 7% drop in buys which is very reasonable with Mosley being a retread. I'm one of the 7% who saw Mosley against Floyd and decided to keep my money in my pocket.

I,m from the UK I like Hatton......but all I want is for *******s to acknowledge Mayweather is a draw plain a simple. You dont hold PPV record in the UK and USA by luck! The only other person to do that was Tyson.....

Stop trying to downplay him just so they can feel better about Pacquiao

No where did I say Pac wasnt a draw, dude is HUGE! But doesnt change the fact he is 2nd biggest in the sport!
