Froch is nothing special SOG is the Picasso of boxing and he will paint a masterpiece, dominating just about every minute. Don't forget to tune in and see Froch humbled by a real artist. Frochs got skills, but SOG makes him look crude
Froch is too strong minded and tough to be completely outclassed. I think I speak for many when I say that Ward WILL NOT be outclassing Carl Froch as much as you'd like to think he is. Ward isn't strong enough to keep Froch at bay and Froch isn't weak enough to quit or stop because he is being butted or clinched. I expect it to be messy and a bit of a stinker but I think Ward will get a close UD.
What if Froch breaks most of his brushes? If he pressures him & throws combos like he did against Glen, it could make things very uncomfortable for the artist Ward.
I dont know, i think this will be a lot of closer then most people win, you cant count froch out, he has reach,chin,heart,stamina,power and doesnt have to worry about anything coming back from ward to hurt him. On the other hand ward is very talented, faster and a better boxer then froch. It wont be a dominating win I think.
Exactly what I'm anticipating. This fight is gonna be a clash of styles imo, its gonna look real ugly at times, which ironically, might help Froch somewhat, as he probably wont be able to compete in a clean fight where there is separation between them, where Ward can utilize his speed, angles
What if Ward is a little younger than Glen with a higher work rate and a long amateur background? Ahh speaking of Glen, what if Ward shoots to the body the way Glen did, but with more consistancy, Froch looked like he was about to fold from all those body shots in the last third of the fight. I like ward here by stoppage.
After SOG wins the tournament he should step up to 75 or a catch weight like 72 and retire B Hop! Bernard probably has amnesia every time somebody mentions SOG I would love to see the young master school the old master
Froch hold up perfectly eventhough those right hands hit him hard, ward has no power he wont ko froch, if you really believe it you probably can get great odds.
