You still have to go in that ring and fight that man one on one no matter where are. And in the AA fight he was booed b/c of huge armenian population. He has no problem winning away as evidence of hold medal from athens.

Of course Froch has no chance. SOB Ward will have his own venue, judges and ref in towe with the SHOWTIME network backing him.

Yeah I agree, Froch has no chance, just like he would certainly get KO'ed by Abe, and certainly get outclassed by Kessler. Do me a favour. The guy has proved time and time again he is world class. He may not be everyones cup of tea, but look at his record! Reid, Magee (for all you Bute fans), Pascal, Taylor, Dirrell in a close fight, lost to Kessler in a close fight, shutout of Abe, win over Glen Johnson. The majority of these names are top class operators, and he has wins over all but 1! This is a top 10 p4p resume if ever I've seen 1!

Now to the fight. Froch's only loss came against Kessler, a power punching come forward fighter, something which Ward isn't. Froch had problems against Dirrell though, a fast slick operator. Is ward as fast? I don't think he is. Wars is, however, a good accurate boxer (even if he can't punch all that good). Personally I think Ward it too quick and too accurate for Froch. Carl simply has to beat him up and hope the ref is aware of the headbutts and elbows that Ward, brilliantly IMO, pulls off (it is a fight after all lads!).

I expect a Ward UD by 116-112 margin. But it's not a walkover. Froch has the reach, power and arguably heart advantage over the American. He also has a more proven chin at world level. Ward could well try to be the macho man and fight Froch, giving rounds away in the process. By the time he switches it could be too late. Like I said Ward by 116-112, but it will NOT be easy!

Why is Ward being so overhyped? His best win is Kessler who is of course a very good fighter but apart from that he has not fought many A level SMW.

Funny how all the Americans rate Kessler highly now that he is a Ward victim. Before that he was just a B level euro bum.

Kessler is a B level Euro, but's no bum. Anyway, Ward dominated that B level Euro, Froch lost to him. Froch also was very close to losing to a faded Jermain Taylor and was fortunate to get the decision against Dirrell. Ward, meanwhile, has clearly beaten everyone he's fought. Froch is certainly a world class fighter, but you have to rank him a notch below Ward, and Ward definitely should be the favorite here.

If your going to pull Froch's resume apart at least do the same to Ward! On your logic, Ward has a Headbutt win over Kessler, a dominate win against the monsterous Allan Green, an Ugly win over a never was-been (Bika) and a win over AA after Froch done a better job against him. Be fair :good

I was fair. Are you going to tell me that Ward didn't clearly beat all of those guys? That was my claim. Are you going to tell me that Froch didn't lose to Kessler, that he didn't almost lose to Taylor(was behind by several points going into the 12th), that he wasn't fortunate to get the decision against Dirrell?

He beat the crap out of Kessler, the headbutt was just insult to injury.

A more accurate thing to say would be: "Froch got a Rabbit Punch win over Dirrell" since, lets face it, he only landed rabbit punches.

ward had a easier route though, I think direll could have beaten him.
But that froch lost to kessler doesnt mean he automatically loses to ward, that fight will be diffirent.

I never said that. However, that factors into why Ward is rated higher and why he is favored to win this fight. You could say Ward has had the easier route, howver they've face two common opponents. Also, Bika and Johnson are similar level fighters as well. Dirrell is certainly better than Green. However, Ward was scheduled to fight Dirrell before Dirrell withdrew.

The truth is your just biased because your a Ward fan. There is nothing unusual about that I am a Tyson fan and make the same kind of biased arguments on ESB when Tyson is taking **** from posters.
