Looks like the IPBA are at least listening and redesigned that poster they had. Looks a lot better, but a couple of things that I would note. Mainly they are using a photo of Tommy Tolan that I own, no permission to use it was requested. Billed as "McDonagh vs Tolan 2" - no need for first names? Surely this is only for really well known fighters. The name of the promotional company is given equal prominence on the poster? The main ingredient of a poster is the names and picture of the headline fighters and the phone number to contact. This is what needs to be emphasised. The light source thingy behind the names makes the away fighters names almost impossible to read. In fact do we need to know the names of the "away fighters"? Commercially in Ireland they are non entities and their presence will sell zero additional tickets. So why have them on the posters? A list or picture list with numbers for each of the other home fighters would suffice. Martin Hannan's name ends "an" not "on" Other small inconsistencies like the hyphenation and capitalisation of "Light-welterweight" but not "Light Middleweight", referring to "5,30pm" then "2pm" not "2.00pm", "weigh-In" - small stuff but an accumulation of things. I've often made typos in articles but if I was going to have a poster produced for a show I was holding I would get someone that was used to putting these things together to have a good look over it. I really hope the card holds together. How are tickets going Mush? This content is protected
by all accounts slap there doing very well think there after dropping the fights to 6 from 10 looks like its 7 now with that new lad im fair looking forward to it tbh
Jesus glad you werent my English teacher ,From what i get they are picking it up as they go along and the boxers are probably more used to just training than putting a show together. I hope they take this as what it is constructive critism instead of a cheap shot and like you hope it comes off for them.

Its a fairly common moderns effect and looks good. Similar to the header at Boxing-Ireland.com as well.
