    The burden of proof lies on Floyd, who doesn't say a damn thing about the negotiations besides vague references to the first round, where testing was an issue. He has never responded to Pac's statements about accepting the tests. You can say Arum is lying and trying to make Floyd look bad all you want, but nobody is doing a better job of that right now than an ambiguous Floyd who makes no call or effort to make the fight happen.
