Of course he can go back on his words. He is not bound to any testing regimen other than what the commission requires, until he an his opponent sign a contract stating otherwise.

I've been asking for a long time why he doesn't just go ahead and do that.

The whole drug test thing is pretty old but we'd not even be talking about it if Pac just did it. Glorifying a guy for refusing drug testing in a sport like boxing is horse ****.

If Pac did this and passed all the tests and he really thinks he beats Mayweather, he'd look like a killer and Floyd would look like a clown with his foot in his mouth- why in the world would he refuse? It makes no sense. Manny created this suspicion himself.
