Pac is fighting Marquez at 144. We've seen Marquez at that weight; not good.

I agree. You forgot to mention he got a draw against Peterson. So Ortiz's last 3 fights are quits against Maidana (everyone calls him a big quitter everywhere), draws against Peterson (people are even more confident Ortiz sucks), to beating Berto in a great freakin fight (Ortiz is #2 WW in the world) LOL...#2 WW when you only had 1 fight at WW? You get it by default because you haven't been beaten by Pac yet apparently.
Besides, if Mayweather thinks Ortiz is worthy to fight him because he beat Berto then why isn't Floyd fighting Callazo instead? ;)

You know, if large numbers of Pacquiao fans hadn't started hate campaigns against:

    Marquez at 140+

    Mosely

    Bradley

In the last 18 months, I'd maybe take this a bit more seriously

    Floyd only fights old names!

    Floyd only fights lightweights!

Bradley is overrated, and was lucky against Alexander!

You should scroll down boxrec a bit more. Or maybe read wikipedia a bit harder (where I assumeyou got this)

He's fought 11 of his 29 fights in the Welterweight division

He clowned Peterson. It was a notorious decision

He didn't quit against Maidana - the ringside doctor pulled him out, when he was 4 rounds up

Mayweathers choices have always been clever. Since when was Oritz seen as a decent opponant? Hed of been laughed off until his recent great win over Berto.

Everybody said Shane Mosley was too old to face Floyd, hed missed his chance, but then he had a great win against Margarito (who was perfrect for him) and people started claimin maybe Sugar Shane wasnt shot after all (he was).

Floyd picks the perfect opponants for him at exactly the right time, both Victor and Shane both had come off great wins and gettin hyped through the roof and he knows when to take them on while getting minimum grief for it.
