Ortiz has just beat the best WW outside of Manny and Floyd... so what that means is that, basically, Manny has a fight booked so Floyd has essentially taken on the best WW available... How terrible that Floyd is.

exactly. A fighter doesn't magically become different from one performance to the next. The only thing that changes is how much hype that fighter is generating. How good he is in the ring pretty much stays the same.

It's a decent fight, but I guess that says quite a bit about the state of the WW division right now (and Floyd's inactivity).
