No it is not true. The best are fighting the best, if you look outside of the Mayweather and Pacquiao match-up...but of course, because these two have yet to fight, "boxing is dying". "Dickhead".

Anything can happen in boxing, this year has had many, many upsets...but yeah, we already know the winner. "Dickhead".

In UFC, the best do not fight the best. They have been calling for a GSP and Silva bout for years, roughly for the same amount of time boxing fans have been calling for Mayweather and Pacquiao. Boxing is head and shoulders above UFC, in terms of main stars, main attractions, prospects, etc...you must not watch enough boxing to see that. "Dickhead".

    "Dickhead"...see, anyone can insult.

I guess Hatton's biggest fan, who quite clearly has tourettes doesn't have a counter argument to my post below to support his claims that boxing is dying. He just simply showed a very short attention span, and failed to counter any significant points in my post.

    :patsch

people keep saying it's a tune-up for pac... wtf? until he signs a deal with pac that they'll get it on after, this will just be the same money-grabbing event that both pac and pbf have been doing against mosley, jmm and clottey

no negotiations are going on... the ****s

the fact that some of you shyt on other fights because of ONE fight not happening but there still are good fights happening further lets me know how much of a "boxing fan" some of you are.

its as clear as day that some of you are only intrested in Floyd and Pac period.

Can you blame Floyd for avoiding Pac though?

Ortiz is a better match than bloody Marquez, that fight is a bad joke IMO

Im excited by this fight, Ortiz has got power and showed a good chin to get up agaist Berto not to mention he's coming off a career best win and in the right division! not jumping up 10lbs or whatever. I give Floyd a lot of credit for taking this fight after more than a year out.

The blame for Pac May not happening is with both fighters not just at Floyds door

Do you believe its a 50/50 case of the fight not happening then?

I do, I believe there is a lot of stuff behind the scenes that we don't know.

I never believe what the bob father says as he is a crook. All the issues about the 14 day window. I've heard both sides that Manny agreed and FLoyd changed his mind and Floyd agreed to Mannys 14 day cut off and Manny walked.

Disappointing for sure but I don't mind seeing either box other people just wish Mannys last few fights were slightly more credible.

People abused Mayweather for taking on Marquez and Pac seems to get a free pass. He has received his fair share of criticism for the Mosely fight and rightfully so, Sugar had nothing left. May taking on some one like Matty Hatton, id of been the first to jump on him and criticise him cherry picking but i genuinely believe Ortiz is a great match up and harder than alot of people are giving credit for.
