Ortiz might retire after this fight. If he was close to quitting after the close fight with Maidana then this fight is gonna show him just how far from the best in the division he is. Floyd by landslide UD (or Ortiz to quit on stool)

the random blood test are pointless from floyd,he needs to do them properly,as in all year round,like the olympics do them,even though they still have warning for when testers come,so it falls down still. floyd is not "back",when he fights as regular in this time scale,he doesnt have "tune ups",just other fights. he dont want none of pac,he doesnt care about testing,he clearly has done nothing to push testing as mandatory by comissions,promoters and networks getting on board with it.He is just after his fake undefeated record to keep safe. ortiz hasnt the chin,the heart,the style to beat floyd,he doesnt even have the experience or heart to pull it off. one win over hbo protected berto doesnt make ortiz credible,1 welter fight doesnt make ortiz a real welterweight!.just like it didnt make hatton one. floyd and co say ortiz is better than pac,but ortiz is clean apparently!. they say pac is a midget,1 dimensional,easy to beat,fights poor opposition,but yet they think hes that good that he is on riods???,contradictions or what!!!. he calls himself money,but he dont want the highest payday of his life?.PAH!. floyd is fooling no one,most people know what hes doing,his pre welter career was great,but since then hes a joke,and hele be known for only ducking pac once he retires. Who let the general forum users in here? You believe Pac talking about superstition as a way out but not Floyd because he wants blood tests to ensure its a clean fight, that makes Floyd the one ducking? Just plain ****ing daft dvb. If they don't fight over this issue, it will tarnish both of there careers, fan boys of Pac will say Floyd ducked him and fan boys of Floyd will say the exact opposite. Everyone else will see it for what it is, two good fighters, both not willing to prove they are the best of a generation. Both making a tonne of money fighting no threat fights, instead of getting a one time pay off and a door to retirement for the loser.
Personally I like this fight, although it wont be as competitive it will have its exciting moments. I want Ortiz to win but it won't happen as Floyd is the daddy of the game. Hate him all you want but in the boxing world today there isn't a finer technician. I only give Floyd credit for fighting someone young and hungry and at his peak as opposed to Mosley and Marquez but don't keep your hopes up Floyd v Pac will never happen. Mayweather takes this UD, he won't stop Ortiz IMO, the way I see it is Golden Boy are lining things up perfectly here, Ortiz will most likely lose, Khan will build beat Judah and Bradley, move up a weight and fight Ortiz in a super fight in house Golden Boy promotions and IF Khan wins then Floyd has his next big fight in a years time, BUT as we know things can go horribly wrong in the sport of boxing!!!

Hernandez was twice a world champion, holding both the WBA and WBC super featherweight belts and compiling a record of 38-2-1 with 17 KOs. He was a game warrior in the ring and fought all the greats of his time including Oscar de la Hoya and Floyd Mayweather Jr. After retirement he stayed in boxing, working as a boxing instructor and doing some television work. He fought a valiant fight for years against a rare form of cancer. He was just 45. Genaro was one of the good guys in boxing and he will be missed. Rest in peace “Chicanito.” June 7th, 2011

Seeing as Pacs resume/accomplishments currently trump Floyds by quite a way, I would say most discernible fans would be able to see which guy proved more.
No it won't. Pacquiao - who has a solid record of fighting top guys - will be forgiven, whilst Floyd - who has a solid history of avoiding the best - will take most of the blame.
Debatable if you consider the form of the fighters when Pacquiao fought them although I agree with you, I can see it argued from Floyd's point of view or more that Pacquiao always seems to have an angle off every big name he has fought even as far back as Morales and Barrera (although you can do that with almost anyone's record). If they don't fight I have no doubt Pacquiao will be looked on more favourably because he isn't a complete **** like Floyd is but and this is my bias talking I see it as the distinction between Froch and Calzaghe, Floyd is the better fighter, Pacquiao has the better resume. It can and always will be debatable if they don't fight and with neither man getting any younger it could end up still being that way even if they do fight down the line.
