I will not pay for this joke. Only if he faces a top welter with experience w/ proven power at the weight or SMM at 154.

This is the 3rd time he steps in the ring with a guy who has 1 or LESS bout at WW.
Have you ever heard of anything in sports like this ? A guy claiming he is the best and will not fight the best @ 147 or @ 154 under normal conditions ?

Have fun ordering PPV to pay somebody's tax bill that is making a mockery of fans and the sport. homey don't play that.

maybe, he does have the support of all the dumbest fans. most of them dont know the difference between "do" and "does" so it dont take much to hustle them out of their money.

I'm gonna be supporting Ortiz because he is a very live underdog.. and who knows he may walk through Mayweathers best shots...and if they stack the card, WHICH I AM SURE THEY WILL.... They been putting on some great Under cards and with Mayweather on the Main event.. best believe its gonna be hot...

I am also Buying JMM because I support him and I wanna see live when JMM is connecting those beautiful counters confusing PAC yet again.... and looking for the upset.

so those will be my 2 PPV's i buy... this year.

A lot of *******s and Floyd nuthuggers are stupid beyond belief. They fail to realize that not only Pac and Floyd generate all the pay per view numbers. They have opponents who will bring in half or in some cases a little less than that in pay per views. If you have a Mexican fighter facing either Pac or Floyd, the pay per view sales are bound to be high. It is a proven fact that Mexican boxing fans are one of the biggest if not the biggest contributing group of people in the sport of boxing. Not only do we provide a lot of fighters but also a lot of support for fighters. So I can easily say both Pac's and Floyd's fight will do very well. Floyd and Pac are both big draws and having them both fight a Mexican fighter is only going to have a HUGE impact in the sales.

    Flyod sells ! simple as.

I ll buy it cause i think its a great match up. An exciting young fighter against one of the best p4p over last 10 years.

Outside of Pac , what more could you ask for.

Its ******ed to think PBF would fight Pac without a tune up fight.

First it was someone his own size then a legit dangerous WW now it's with experience. You Pactrds lose credibility everyday with this type of bull****. This **** is getting ridiculous Mosley was the man at WW when PBF fought him. Ortiz is top 2 ranked at 147 but it's not enough.:-(

How many non HW fights did better ppv numbers than Mayweather/Mosley? Pacquiao/Mosley did excellent numbers as well. Mexicans are huge supporters of the sport. A fight with a popular Mexican will certainly help sales. However, you can do a big fight without one. And if you think that either of Mayweather or Pac's recent opponents are bringing in around half of the ppv audience, then you are mistaken.
