Even Pacquiao says it's a good fight.

Will that be enough for his idiot fans? I doubt it somehow.

Of course this is a good fight ... Ortiz is the best possible tune up to lead to a fight with PAC .

good fight to prepare him for a pac fight. is anyone arguing this? the arguments ive seen, revolve around the belief that floyd has no intention of fighting pac so he is just tuning up for another vacation.

Not like he is going to trash the fight. it is not in Manny's personality to do that in public.

Nevertheless, I agree with him. Too many of us, especially *******s and *****s, are too quick to use hyperbole and exaggerate things. Too many fighters are "shot", "old", "drained" and "leftovers".
Too many top athletes are "ATG", "H2H beast", "Hungry lion", "P4P Elite", etc.

It seems people are unwilling to use words like "good", "decent", "interesting", "can be better" and "improvement" - probably because they have agendas or intellectually incapable.

I love the way Pac can be the bigger man in the whole debacle and give some credit. Could you really see insecure, petty Floyd giving Pac props if it was him signing on the fight Ortiz? Not a chance. Good to see Manny can rise above that juvenile rubbish.

I'm much more of a fan of Manny than I am Floyd, but Floyd-Ortiz is a great great fight. It might be one of those fights where Floyd looks invincible. I expect Manny to look quite vulnerable if Marquez really brings it, so it will make for an interesting dynamic; both are facing fighter's with some similar stylistic basics, and hopefully it sets up their own fight together perfectly.

(I wonder of JMM doing the impossible and ruining the script would postpone a Pac-Floyd fight. Doubt it, hope not.)

Manny also has said he has prayed that Floyd could resolve his personal problems.
