why should domestic level boxing be on terrestrial tv??

If they put together a decent card at a reasonable price, say £5 there is no harm done. if you dont like it don't pay for it. same with all PPV.

Do you know who will be doing the commentating for this fight? I really hope there is no Duke McKenzie this time, PLease get someone fresh and energetic, Benny was excellent, Duke just killed the fight, PLease if you want this to be a success just give Duke the night off.

So with the exception of Khan and Froch ,what other boxers have you supported and what is your record of supporting boxing at grass root level ?

We have also featured Tyson Fury previously and have always aimed to have British fighters at the top of our main features where possible. There are a number of other channels featuring boxing and only a limited number of broadcast fights but we are always available and willing to step in and support British boxing/combat sports where possible and will continue to do so.

Unfortunately for Khan, nothing Primetime do can even come close to matching the hype Sky could do so it's never going to do as well on there.

While Sky could be selling this fight as do or die for Khan against a legit threat, Primetime will be trying to make people aware that they exist.

When Team Khan took the McCloskey fight to Primetime I thought it was short sightedness but it's obvious now that it's just plain stupidity.

No I wasnt talking about a UK presser (and of course they will have one).

UK leg = UK show then switch to Vegas for the Khan-Judah card

What fury fight was that? was it not highlights of a fight he had in Ireland? inbetween a froch fight ...so forgetting combat sports (as you only seem to show that) what other uk fighters have you supported

tell me how many commonwealth or British title fight's you have shown as a main event since Primetime has started?

maybe you should focus on Mexican boxing or Puerto Rican like the 1 you done before. it comes cheap and people will watch if the price is right:good

in other words you will continue to put on ppv's which are not value for money without giving anything back to the fans that you consistently rip off?

They are a PPV channel - they have no obligation to be patrons of British Boxing - that is some idealistic psuedo-Commie **** right there.

How did Sky support the number one British fighter, Carl Froch over the past 2 or 3 years - he hardly got a mention. What do BBC do for the number one Olympic sport? What do ITV offer? TV need a business model for boxing, Primetime have a PPV business model.

How many Commonwealth or British Title fights would sell? And most of that is covered by Sky.

I understand but its what they promised and are still promising today without delivering.

Primetime have a PPV business model but its seriously flawed.
