No that's not what's going down. First negotiations Mayweather did this by accepting 14 days out, which Arum said they were not offered but later backtracked and said they were indeed offered that. Pac said **** you and fought Clottey instead. Floyd then said no cutoff. That's where we are now. Cutoff is gone, no matter how much you all want it. That's why Floyd won't sign off on it.

Mayweather did negotiate. THEY proposed 14 days and Team Pac said no after they wanted no cutoff at first. So that kills ANY bull**** excuse that Floyd wanted to weaken Manny right before the fight. He would have had 2 after any test but his team didn't want the fight.

After Floyd did testing without a cutoff with Shane he said all future opponents have to take this testing.

Floyd tries to negotiate and Pac says **** off it's 30 or 24 days or no fight.. But when Pac decides he wants to go down in days Floyd can't say **** off it's no cutoff or nothing or he's ducking Manny?

*******s don't care that by Pac not testing it looks suspicious, they just want him to keep winning at all cost. If that means not testing by both men to ensure a clean fight them so be it. If Pac doesn't want it they don't want it.

For what it's worth, I am a Pacquiao fan, I want them to fight, I want to see Floyd get KTFO and Pacquiao is the only man likely to do it.
