I think Hayes gameplan will be for a late ko. He'll try to make Wlad miss with the jab, confusing him and hope he gasses towards the later rounds before trying for the ko. Don't forget how tiring it is when you miss. He'll be in and out but not commiting big shots till later on. His weight will reflect how well training has gone as opposed to being part of the strategy. 210ish and training has gone very very well.

Well, I just purchased Ring magazine and one article included a view of the Wlad-David fight from Monte Barrett's perspective, a guy who fought both champs. He said that Haye hits just as hard as Wlad and both fighters are very fast and hard to hit cleanly. Sounds like an awesome fight to me that could go either way. A classic shootout between two powerful punchers with less than stellar chins. I slightly favor Wlad mainly due to his great experience fighting in the heavyweight division but Haye is very fast and explosive.

Ring or Boxing News? There was a BN special edition on this fight and it had an article on Barrett as well. He mentioned how clever and confusing it was to fight Haye. Changes his height constantly etc

Thats not a good post. Thats the thoughts of a cheerleader.
There is NOTHING in Wlads recent history that points to an early ko. Nothing. He doesn't even fight in a style anymore that sets up openings to do that. He doesn't even do that against slow moving opponents who stand right in front of him. What makes you think he'll be able to do that against an athletic heavyweight who he will find very difficult to hit?
Give us YOUR thoughts instead of smillies and agreeing with cheerleaders.

Not true. If u do ur research u will find the United States central bank/ "Federal" Reserve is essentially controlled by the same people who control most the Western Europes banks. Likely the rest of the world in not too long.

American people don't want to ruffle the feathers. Choose to live temporary but unsustainable lives of comfort while being raped from above. Choose to listen to a media they know is lying to them rather than face the facts.

See? Americans and Brits aren't so different afterall :thumbsup

    Interesting POV.

Well, he might try that, but Ibragimov didn't get any late success against Wlad and Haye is a pretty similar fighter in a lot of respects

Just to kind of add onto my point now you replied to it, Wlad has had the exact same gameplan for all his fights under Steward. He doesn't change but he's good enough that he doesn't need to. He just fights his own way and because he's so superior, it's enough. Against Haye, I think he might be a bit too confident in his own abilities, or too confident in the lack of abilities on Haye's behalf, and come in expecting the same old 'jab, jab, right' style to work. I think that will be a mistake.
