I know for a fact that if Khan had done that, everybody would be calling him a ducker, a coward and all sorts.

Bradley does deserve the hate for a while because he even accused Khan of running when Khan said he wanted the fight all along, and then he did a video saying something like "I let you escape". But now he wants to ***** out and make sure he makes some extra money before he loses to Khan. And he will lose to Khan and he knows he will, that is why he has took this option to back out now.

Bradley was supposed to be the guy to fight anybody, anywhere, and now when one of the biggest fights comes along, he does this, that is why people are pissed.

I used to defend Bradley all the time on here as he is one of my favorites but that was the stupidest decision he made. I still think he is higher regarded at 140 but with Khan fighting Judah and unifying along with Bradley ducking i think Khan can claim 140 as his throne.

Why the hell did Bradley do this!?!? We were gonna have a unified champ in one of the best divisions!!!!

Only reason i can think of it was because Arum signed him promised him the Pac fight and losing to Khan was a risk so that would take from his marketability.

you can bet TR is going to pick him up to fight pacquiao.

    Genius move.

Good things come to those who wait.

not really a backfire. dude wanted the easiest option for the gauranteed 1.2 million HBO is giving him, and then a big fight. Now with all the top fighters tied up his chances of fighting a soft touch next increase.

Tim Bradley is an absolute disgrace to boxing. Yet another Glass Hearted American joke.

British fighters may have disgusting Glass Jaws, but they make up for it via Iron Hearts.:deal

The Yanks these days seem to have neither a Chin or a Heart.:rofl

I completely agree with this statement. I don't like the thinking behind his decision, but I will agree to disagree with the majority here and say that his decision has merit.

One he's trying to let his contract with his current promoter end.
Two he can still get a live opponent at 140 and have a good payday with HBO.
Three he can sign with either Top Rank or GBP next and get a shot at either Pac or May.
    - If they ask him to fight someone in between I'm sure it will be for better pay. With GBP he'll probably have to fight Kahn and then get a shot at Mayweather (since his schedule is sporadic). If it's with Top Rank he might get the shot at Pac right away since there aren't too many opponents lined up his way.

This. He can stay busy, cash in and look good doing it, and Khan could be next. Bradleys time will come. Id really be interested in a Bradley-Berto fight. Bradley did really well at ww and showed he is not one dimensional.
