SUPER BANTAMWEIGHT JASON BOOTH (Holder) v SCOTT QUIGG
Following the opening of purse bids at Head Office at 12.00.noon on Wednesday, 8th June 2011, the winning bid was submitted by Promoter Frank Maloney. This contest will take place on a date and at a venue as yet to be advised.

The board really need to do something about the Crusierweight division, its turning into abit of a farce now. Cook/Wright is a good fight that will probably end up being for the title after Theophane relinquishes it.

 

Yeah, Jeffries was saying he could take Groves and he's also angling for a spot on the Khan/Judah undercard.

Really hope Sykes/Buckland II comes off :bbb

 

Jeffries-Groves would be a fair 'easy' night for Groves IMO, and is marketable.

As for Booth-Quigg, still a good fight, despite Booths recent loss. And a good fight for Quigg as well :good

 

:deal despite Groves-Jeffries being Groves fight to give away. Jeffries has big power so it would make the fight very interesting. Sykes-Buckland will be a fantastic fight but i feel Sykes will all of a sudden drop the british strap and go for the european... Booth-Quigg, even though Jason is over the hill he can still give a young fighter like Quigg many problems, no doubt it would be a good technical fight.
