It seems Vitali and Wlad have only fought in Kiev once each

Is there a good reason for this?

Wouldn't a klit fight be huge in Kiev or Moscow?

I know Wlad got TKO'd in Kiev..

Ukraine is bankrupt and suffering from hyperinflation. The economy virtually grinded to a halt.

It's about money, for example JMM vs Ramos will be the first JMM's fight in México in 16 years

    1) Germany is richer
    2) German fans treat their fighters like true heroes
    3) Their home is Germany, so they are fighting at home

This statement was relevant more than 10 years ago.

The Kilitschkos don't fight in Ukraine because, quite naturally, they can make more money in Germany.

the klits also have sponsordeals and tvdeals in germany therefore fighting there makes more money than ukraine.
