Just watched the fights this evening, really happy for El Maachi. A proper fighter in the true sense of the word, grafted to get to where he is. Found it difficult to get decent fights and this hopefully helps springboard him to the top of the domestic/european pile. You could just tell he really wanted it. Witter, former world champ was still walking about waiting to counter punch in final round of a 3 rounder.... Bonkers! I also reckon he should have had a knockdown scored in his favour in round one too.
